Alertline Reporting
Our organization is built on a culture of integrity, where every employee is expected to follow our policies and the law every day. This means making good choices and voicing any concerns about potential misconduct. Demonstrating honesty and integrity is at the core of our identity as an organization.
Our success relies on a foundation of ethical decision-making and a commitment from every employee to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct. To sustain our ethical culture, it is essential for each of us to act with integrity daily - doing the right thing, being aware of our surroundings, and speaking up when we observe or suspect any activities that could harm our organization.
We encourage you to put integrity into action. It is your responsibility as a team member to report any known or suspected unethical behavior. Our role is to listen. If you encounter violations or need further information, please contact the employee hotline.
It isn’t always simple. It isn’t always clear.
It’s not enough to encourage and promote ethical behavior and business conduct, we must give our employees and stakeholders the tools and resources they need to make good decisions and speak up with confidence about any actual, potential, or suspected misconduct. For this reason, we have an Alertline which can be used when someone wishes to raise a concern anonymously.
What is the Alertline?
A resource and platform to raise concerns, file complaints, and ask questions regarding conduct or actions which may violate our values, policies, or the law.
Why Do We Need an Alertline?
We want to be proactive in identifying and addressing issues and conduct that could adversely affect our operations, our productivity, and our reputation as an ethical organization.
